Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is designed to reward our customers for their continued support. The program features three tiers based on the total amount (pre-tax value) spent at our store.

The Three Tiers are as follows:

Gold : 1000+

Platinum: 5000+

Diamond: 10000+

Please note that currently your historical purchase amounts can only be accessed by contacting us directly. Currently, we are working on implementing user-specific discount codes on our website. If you wish to use your loyalty discount and are eligible for a specific tier, please contact us via the "Message Us" button at the bottom right of the website or email sunny.hobbies@outlook.com to set up the transaction. Currently, due to the manual nature of the loyalty program, if you do not ask us to input your purchase into the historical total, we may not have automatically entered the information.

It's important to note that your tiered discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or sales. If your purchase pushes you into a higher tier, the new code will only be available for future purchases and not the current one.

Specialized pricing discounts such as bulk purchase promotions do not contribute to your loyalty program historical purchases. Please refer to Loyalty Program Policies for more details.

To join the program, you will need to release your phone number and email to us for account creation. In the future, you may receive promotional content from us sent to your phone number and/or email.

Please note that these tiers are subject to change as the program evolves. Any changes will be clearly communicated on social media and this policy page.
