Pre-order items are subject to allocation. We will refund your purchase in full for products that are allocated and cannot be fulfilled. Usually for allocated products, we will contact you at least 1 month in advance of product release regarding your reduced allocation. 

Pre-order items will not have pricing changes - once you place the order at the specific price, you are locked in at the price you pre-ordered at.

Pre-order items need to be picked up within 1 month of product release. Failure to pick up means you have abandoned your items and are subject to restocking fees. Please review our “Shipping policies” located at the bottom of the website for full details. 

All pre-ordered items are final sale with no exchange eligibility without exceptions. 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED WITH SMALL TEARS AND DENTS ON THE EXTERIOR WRAPPING/BOX. For example, we will not refund or return your booster box purchase if the plastic wrapper has a small hole at the seal. Exceptions can be made for products >5 years old due to their collectability nature.
