Terms and Condition

Eligibility
Customers receive one (1) Red Pocket per person per day with a qualifying purchase of $120 CAD or more before tax in a single transaction.Red Pocket must be opened and used immediately at the time it is issued.Red Pockets are non-transferable, non-stackable, and cannot be exchanged.

Valid Purchases
Applies to regular in-stock merchandise only.May be combined with loyalty rewards and shipping discounts.

Exclusions
Red Pockets cannot be earned or used on:

-Pre-ordersGrading services
-Outstanding invoices or prior orders
-Transactions placed before the event period
-Transactions finalized after the event period

Online Orders
Online orders qualify only if fully paid during event dates.Customer must request a Red Pocket via message at time of payment. Red Pockets are not automatically included for online orders.
In-Store Purchases

Qualifying in-store purchases receive a Red Pocket automatically at checkout.

Discount Rewards
Percentage discount prizes are applied immediately to the qualifying purchase.If a customer chooses not to complete the purchase after opening a Red Pocket, the reward is forfeited.

Final Sale Policy
Purchases of supplies that qualify for a Red Pocket are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prize Availability
Physical prizes are subject to stock availability.If a listed prize is unavailable, it will be replaced with store credit of equal value.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
Sunny Hobbies reserves the right to refuse, void, or revoke rewards if abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the promotion is suspected.
General Conditions

Red Pockets have no cash value.
Event valid while supplies last.
Terms may be updated without prior notice.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all event rules and interpretations as determined by Sunny Hobbies.

    No. Limit one per person per day regardless of purchase amount.

  • Q: Can I save my Red Pocket for later?

    No. Red Pockets must be opened and used immediately.

  • Q: Can I give my Red Pocket to a friend?

    No. Red Pockets are non-transferable.

  • Q: Can I stack multiple Red Pockets?

    No. Only one Red Pocket can be used per transaction.

  • Q: Do online orders qualify?

    Yes, only if:
    1. Payment is completed during event dates
    2. Please message us requesting a Red Pocket

  • Q: What if I forget to message for one?

    We cannot retroactively issue Red Pockets.

  • Q: What if I win a prize but it’s out of stock?

    You’ll receive store credit of equal value.

  • Q: Can I return items after receiving a Red Pocket?

    Supplies purchased during the event that qualify for a Red Pocket are final sale.

  • Q: Can I use it on grading or pre-orders?

    No.

  • Q: Why didn’t I get a Red Pocket for my order?

    Orders must be both placed AND paid during the event period.
